Programs on solid waste management and environmental conservation involving youth participants across various districts.
Transgender Support
Operating Nupi Sabi/Transgender Home at Thoubal Wangmataba providing safe shelter and support with help from local clubs and volunteers.
Senior Citizens Care
We operate 3 Senior Citizens Homes across Tripura and Nagaland, providing comprehensive care and support:
- 2 homes in Tripura: Located in Gomati and Khowai districts
- 1 home in Nagaland: Located in Wokha district (inaugurated by Hon’ble President of India in 2025)
Services Provided:
- Safe shelter and accommodation
- Nutritious meals and healthcare
- Dedicated staff for personalized care
- Geriatric counseling and awareness programs
- Community support and social activities
Our homes are supported by local authorities, clubs, and village communities, ensuring residents feel at home while receiving the care they deserve.
Residential Schools for Tribal Students
We operate 4 Residential Schools for ST students across Manipur and Tripura:
- Manipur: Operating since 2013
- Tripura: Established in 2017-18
Students We Serve:
- Children from underprivileged families
- Orphans and semi-orphans
- Students from BPL (Below Poverty Line) families
- Particularly Vulnerable Tribal Groups (PVTG)
Special Focus: One of our schools in Mao Maram Subdivision, Senapati District serves the Maram Naga tribe (PVTG) in an economically challenging area with limited transport facilities.
Through these schools, we provide basic education and encourage higher education, creating a significant positive impact on society and empowering tribal communities.
Skill Development & Job Placement
Recent Success Story: Successfully trained 250 youths in Food & Beverage Service under Tourism and Hospitality sector in collaboration with VISAN Foundation and HONDA CSR Project.
Program Details:
- Duration: 2 months (February – March 2024)
- Focus: Tourism and Hospitality Skill Council certification
- Participants: Young men and women from various relief camps
- Achievement: 87% job placement rate
Job Placements:
- Hotels and restaurants across India
- International placements in Japan
- Various cities providing diverse opportunities
Other Skill Programs:
- Handloom and handicraft development
- Wool knitting, embroidery, and tailoring
- Traditional craft training for women
- Vocational training programs
Child Care & Protection
Child Care Institute for Girls:
- Capacity: 50 girls
- Location: Khowai district, Tripura
- Established: 2025
- Partnership: Working with State Social Welfare Department, Government of Tripura
Child Protection Awareness:
- Multiple awareness programs organized across Manipur
- Collaboration with Social Welfare Department, Government of Manipur
- Focus on child rights and protection
- Community education on child safety

Urban Homeless Support
Running shelter for urban homeless in Khowai District, Tripura under Tripura Urban Livelihood Mission (TULM) and National Urban Livelihood Mission (DAY-NULM). Providing temporary accommodation, meals, and rehabilitation support.
De-Addiction Centers
Operating 2 Drug De-Addiction Centres (DDAC) in Sikkim with plans to expand across Northeast region. Providing counseling, treatment, and rehabilitation services for substance abuse recovery.
Community Development Programs
Health Awareness
HIV/AIDS awareness programs, geriatric counseling sessions, and women's health initiatives across various districts in Northeast India.
Micro-Credit & SHGs
Formation of 30+ Self Help Groups, providing training on micro-credit, savings, account management, and financial literacy for women beneficiaries.
Livestock Development
Operating poultry farm (3,500 capacity) and piggery unit (50 pigs, 60 piglets) providing economic support for organizational activities.
